Are you an experienced IFA Administrator looking to take the next step in your career?


Mbf are working with a successful Financial Planning organisation in Exeter who are seeking to recruit an IFA Administration Team Leader/Supervisor.

The business is well established and have grown considerably over the past few years.

They are now seeking to recruit an experienced IFA Administrator/Supervisor who will oversee a team of 4 Administrators. In this role you will be required to manage/oversee a team of Administrators ensuring the team are delivering a high-quality service
- you will also be tasked with undertaking administration duties yourself helping out the overall team & business where necessary.


In order to be considered:

  • A minimum of 2 years Financial Planning experience
  • Ability to lead/manage a growing team
  • A strong understanding of the Financial Services industry
  • Ideally you will be part way towards the Diploma in Financial Planning


The client is looking to recruit a motivated & professional individual who is looking to progress and develop in their career.

They will provide you with full on the job training, support for all necessary market exams and opportunities to progress withinthe company as it continues to grow.

They are offering a basic salary to £33,000 + bonus and full company benefits. They also offer hybrid working after an initial training period.
