Hours (Happy to be flexible around kids)
- Monday to Thu 7:4 4:1
- Friday 7:4 1:45

Responsibilities
- Office Coordination/Office Management
- Managing the General Managers schedule and arranging meetings
- Responsible for travel management including booking flights, accommodation and car hire
- Management of reception
- Minute taking
- Responsible for HR Administration
- General Administration
Skills
- Previous experience working as a PA or Office Coordinator
- Strong communication skills both verbal and written
- Computer literate
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast paced environment
- Excellent planning skills
