Jackson Hogg is delighted to be working with a great company experiencing continuous growth, with their search for an Office Coordinator.


Hours (Happy to be flexible around kids)

  • Monday to Thu 7:4 4:1
  • Friday 7:4 1:45

Responsibilities

  • Office Coordination/Office Management
  • Managing the General Managers schedule and arranging meetings
  • Responsible for travel management including booking flights, accommodation and car hire
  • Management of reception
  • Minute taking
  • Responsible for HR Administration
  • General Administration

Skills

  • Previous experience working as a PA or Office Coordinator
  • Strong communication skills both verbal and written
  • Computer literate
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast paced environment
  • Excellent planning skills

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
  • Day shift
  • Monday to Friday
