Highly regraded and respected legal practice based St Andrews, has an immediate requirement for an experienced legal secretary to join their team.

Working as part of a highly efficient team, key duties included;

  • Audio and copy typing all correspondence to include letters, legal forms and quotes.
  • Filing correspondence and ensuring files are kept up to date at all times.
  • Undertake administrative duties such as photocopying, and updating client details.
  • Arranging appointments and dealing with clients.
  • Answer the telephone in a polite and efficient manner.
  • Access and input data on to the firm's client case management system.
  • Handle all confidential information discreetly.
  • Proven experience working as a Residential or Private Client Legal Secretary
  • Excellent IT skills, fast and accurate typing speed
  • The ability to manage a busy workload with mínimal supervision and meet tight deadlines
  • Good communication skills and a confident, friendly and outgoing manner both over the phone and in person
  • Demonstrates the ability to prioritise workload

£29,500.00-£30,000.00 per year
