Highly regraded and respected legal practice based St Andrews, has an immediate requirement for an experienced legal secretary to join their team.
- Audio and copy typing all correspondence to include letters, legal forms and quotes.
- Filing correspondence and ensuring files are kept up to date at all times.
- Undertake administrative duties such as photocopying, and updating client details.
- Arranging appointments and dealing with clients.
- Answer the telephone in a polite and efficient manner.
- Access and input data on to the firm's client case management system.
- Handle all confidential information discreetly.
- Proven experience working as a Residential or Private Client Legal Secretary
- Excellent IT skills, fast and accurate typing speed
- The ability to manage a busy workload with mínimal supervision and meet tight deadlines
- Good communication skills and a confident, friendly and outgoing manner both over the phone and in person
- Demonstrates the ability to prioritise workload

£29,500.00-£30,000.00 per year
