Job Description:


The Ad Operations Executive will work closely with sales, marketing and product teams to ensure the planning and the timely fulfilment of commercial deliverables.

This is a key role that has responsibility for the delivery of digital services sold to clients.

Job Summary/Responsibilities


In this role you will:

  • Play an active role in advising clients on how to improve campaign performance
  • Proactively support clients and the sales team to solve issues in sales delivery
  • Support the team with the fulfilment of all products sold by digital sales, from planning to delivery and reporting
  • Deliver on a range of targeted advertising products sold
  • Work with the marketing teams for the delivery of sold products and ensuring everything is delivered correctly and timely
  • Process the contracts and update inventory and planners

Qualifications:


  • A minimum of 12 months experience in a similar Production, Inventory Management or Delivery role is strongly preferred
  • Excellent interpersonal, oral, and written skills in English
  • Strong time management, prioritization, and attention to quality and detail
  • Able to work efficiently and independently in a highpressured matrixed environment that is constantly evolving
  • Skills in utilizing spreadsheets, project management tools, GAM account and presentation software. e.g. Smartsheet, Asana, etc.
  • IT confident and able to work with various systems; including, but not limited to, Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
