Shirley, Solihull

Temp to Perm, 12 weeks

Pay Rate :
£11.00ph plus commision.

Hours of Work :
Monday To Friday 9.00am till 5.00pm with 30 minutes lunch.

We are looking for experienced Telemarketer's who are available for an immediate start on a temp to perm basis, you will received a competitive pay rate with commision and excellent incentives.

Job Specification

Duties and responsibilities:

Working on behalf of our clients Contacting a target list of businesses to make qualified sales appointments, generate leads, update company information, complete telephone surveys on behalf of clients with theircustomers.

Progression Prospects:

The progression route for those interested would be to work towards the role of a Senior Telemarketing Executive and then a Team Leader, both offering different pay structures

Skills and experience:

- experience working within a similar role, making outbound calls.

Able to achieve a dial target of at least 175 dials per day (depending on campaign)
Confident to deliver calls to senior decision makers in companies such as MD, FD, HRD. Marketing Director
Excellent communication skills and telephone manner
Excellent spoken English and a good clear telephone voice
Good time management and ability to meet deadlines
Selfmotivated
Work well within a team and as an individual
Live within a commutable distance to Shirley, Solihull

Our pay rates start at £11 per hour.

We offer both weekly and monthly bonuses.

Commission can range from £125 - £225 per month depending on your hours

£1500 - £2700 per year depending on your hours
