An exciting opportunity has become available for an experienced
Casual Warehouse Operative to join a very busy Distribution Centre based in Paddock Wood.

As a
Casual Warehouse Operative you will be working both alone and as part of a team with efficiency and commitment to complete your role.

Primarily including picking and packing of products which can involve a substantial amount of heavy lifting including bending, stretching, stooping, stepping, reaching.

Previous experience working within a fast-paced
chilled fresh produce warehouse environment would be an advantage but not essential as full training would be provided.

Responsibilities:

Receive stock into the breakdown area
Ensure pallets are stacked correctly and safely
Ensure Breakdown pallets meet customer specifications, including box end labelling pallets in accordance with instructions given
Pallet tops or pallets must be used to reduce the risk of damage
Maintain Warehouse Breakdown Area hygiene standards

Flexible and willing to take on a variety of tasks
The ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines
Pallet Truck Trained (preferable)

Working:

- Both Part Time and Full Time hours available hours

Shifts over: Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday 11.00am to 20.00pm available

- Hours: 12am to 10pm

Salary £9.50 - £13.97 p/h

After training on Pallet truck /Forklift hourly rate will be £10.50 plus overtime £13.97

-Payment every 4 weeks
