About The Role:


We are currently seeking a part time Receptionist with excellent communication and organisational skills to join the team at our busy Gaskell Avenue Dental Clinic based in Knutsford.


The main duties will include:


  • Booking and managing dentist day lists and diary appointments
  • Completing nonclinical tasks and ensuring an accurate filing management system is maintained
  • Excellent patient, colleague and management journeys
  • Adherence to dental regulatory and clinical administration guidelines

Hours:

Monday & Thursday - 09:00 - 17:30 & Tuesday - 12:00 - 20:00

About You:

Ideally you will be patient orientated with a focus on delivering excellence in all areas of the patient life-cycle. You must be reliable and punctual with a warm and welcoming manner.

Customer service experience is essential and experience working within medical/health care or a sales focused environment would be highly beneficial.
