Our client is looking for an experienced administrator to join their international company, sitting on their small but rapidly growing UK team.
If you have previous experience within the administrative field and hold the natural ability to juggle heavy workloads, please attach your CV.
Having recently branched out into the UK, our client is looking to grow their UK team to assist with their ever-growing workload.
This is a fast-paced role suitable for those who love a varied work life, with the ability to learn new skills daily.
Our clientsits in an extremely exciting industry, with constant growth and innovations - there will never be a dull moment in this role.
The role will include:
- Main point of contact for assigned client accounts, coordinating all activities
- Ensuring all key documents are up to date
- Communicating with internal organisations regarding order processing, logistics, legal, sales teams, and marketing
- Build and maintain strong, longlasting customer relationships
- Ensure the timely and successful delivery of solutions according to customer needs and objectives
- Creating and monitoring regular reports for the international team
- Forecasting and tracking key account metrics
We are looking for:
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Proven track record in similar role
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Excellent interpersonal skills

£30,000
Contract:
Full time (Hybrid/Working from home available, less than 15% travel required)

Finchampstead
