_An exciting opportunity has arisen to join our Apprenticeship Team as we continue delivery and grow our apprenticeship offer with one of the region's largest employers - Dorset Council.

We are now looking to appoint an experienced Apprenticeship Training Co-Ordinator to deliver our Business Administration and will have previously delivered the business administration apprenticeship standard.

Working within the Apprenticeship Team you will be responsible for delivering excellent training and mentorship to help learners achieve their Business Administration Apprenticeship within Dorset Council. This will include 1:1 online delivery sessions, setting personalised learning plans to motivate and inspire apprentices to achieve and progress onto higher levels of study and/or career progression. There will be a requirement to conduct online assessments to monitor development and generate evidence to assist with the Gateway and End Point Assessment requirements in line with the Council's chosen provider._
A collaborative team player, you will be able to quickly build strong and effective relationships across both organisations, as well as demonstrating the ability to effectively plan and deliver remote sessions ensuring consistency and quality._
We can offer a flexible approach to working on this particular contract and are keen to hear from both full or part time applicants and we can offer the possibility of remote delivery combined with some time spent with Colleagues in our offices in Weymouth. You will need to be fully qualified as an assessor with experience in teaching as well._
