Student Recruitment Officer (Summer School)

Salary Range: £33,558 to £38,541 per annum with potential to progress to £41,4024 per annum inclusive of London allowance

Join a motivated team at LSE and contribute to the renowned Summer School by recruiting top-tier international and UK-based students.

With over 7,500 enrollments from 100+ countries worldwide, the Summer School stands out as the largest in the world in terms of global intake, offering 100 courses over nine weeks.

As part of the Extended Education division, you will play a crucial role in delivering open enrollment short courses, online courses, and distance learning degree programs to diverse audiences, supporting LSE's teaching and research initiatives.

This role in the Student Recruitment team involves designing and executing international and UK student recruitment plans, enhancing established markets, tapping into new markets, and ensuring diversity in student intake.

You should have strong interpersonal skills, sales experience, and the ability to collaborate with various stakeholders to meet recruitment goals.

You are expected to be organized, adaptable, and proactive, with prior Higher Education and target-oriented experience being advantageous.
