Dawson Levy are proud to be recruiting for a commercial maintenance Plumber.


Our client is a leading facilities management contractor and are recruiting for a commercial plumber to join their mechanical maintenance division.


You will be responsible for planned and reactive maintenance on a number of different commercial contract, the work will range from Nottingham to Milton Keynes.

You will be working independently communicating with clients on site and updating the office on completion of jobs.


The Role:

The Plumber will be covering sites over Nottingham, Leicester, Coventry, Northampton and Milton Keynes.

Typical repairs will include replacing thermostatic valves, pumps, radiators and repairs of pipework.


Duties:


  • Carry out wide range of mechanical & plumbing repairs
  • Undertake routine maintenance (PPM's)
  • Carry out minor installation work.
  • Take part in out of hours on call rota.

Qualifications:


  • NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Plumbing and Heating
  • Full UK Driving Licence.
