Job description:

Join us as a Private Banker in Coutts Crown Dependencies

  • Join a growth business and control the strategic and daily support for client services, business development and relationship building
  • Hone your relationship management skills by managing and maintaining existing client relationships and making sure that excellent client services are being delivered
  • You'll be growing our client base on the Island through proactive business development activity

What you'll do:

You'll be joining a dynamic client-facing team.

As a Private Banker, you'll be managing a portfolio of High Net Worth clients with connections to the Isle of Man, while maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders to deliver seamless customer experiences.


Your day-to-day will include:

  • Managing a portfolio of High Net Worth customers, acting as Private Banker to ensure all Wealth Management needs are met with consistent service excellence
  • Growing the brands profile, presence and network on the Island through business development and stakeholder management activity that supports the business growth aspirations
  • Identifying and managing risks including proactively managing antimoney laundering (AML) and Credit Risks within your portfolio
  • Coaching less experienced team members and collaborating for success by sharing best practice and providing development and support

The skills you'll need:


We're looking for someone with experience of the wealth management or banking industry to bring their relationship management skills and stakeholder network to the role.

You'll have experience of analysing complex financial information and the ability to structure appropriate solutions.


You'll also demonstrate:

  • A Chartered Institute of Securities and Investment professional qualification is preferred, but not essential
  • Extensive customer and sector specialism knowledge
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
