Description

The base is Horizon unit (Horsham Hospital) and the post holder will occasionally be expected to work at the other site.

The service covers two hospitals/Intermediate Care Units (ICUs); Horizon Unit and Crawley Hospital.

The service currently covers five days a week but there will be the introduction of 7 day working in the future.
