Position:
SMSTS Groundworker


Location:
Birmingham, Midlands.


Rate:
£20.00 ph.


Core Construction Personnel are looking for an experienced Groundworker with SMSTS to start work on a new build housing project in Birmingham.

Details include

  • Operating 360 excavator (preferable not essential)
  • Working with site plans, drawings and building information models.
  • Drainage, Footings and finishing works.
  • Working in a small gang of groundworkers.
  • Working closely with site manager.

Requirements for role

  • CPCS or NPORs required
  • Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
  • 2 x work references carrying out similar works
  • Able to have good time keeping and be punctual
  • Photo ID
