Hotel Receptionist, Maldron Belfast International Airport

A full time contract available, working hours will include a mixture of early, evening and weekend shifts
Maldron Belfast International Airport are seeking a Receptionist to join our wonderful friendly team. This role will reporting to the Front Office Manager and provid friendly and professional service to all of our guests

Key Duties and Responsibilities

Greet and welcome our guests to the Hotel.
Ensure guests receive a friendly and professional check in and that all payments are processed correctly.
Be available to answer guest requests and offer knowledge on hotel facilities and local area.
Take responsibility for the security of the keys.
Update all guest information in the computer.
Take and confirm reservations to our guests.
Ensure guests receive a warm and friendly check out.

Requirements:

Previous hotel reception experience would be an advantage.
Excellent customer care skills.
Be able to work on your own initiative.
Excellent communication skills.
Be able to cope well under pressure.
