Project Coordinator - Leeds, United Kingdom - Widd Signs
Description
This role is for someone to join the Projects team, in a support capacity.A full time position for someone with an interest in the interiors / signage industry, perhaps looking at getting into Project Management.
- Assisting project management team with administrative tasks
- Booking courses, organising subcontractors, taking minutes in meetings
- Coordinating with the design and manufacture teams when necessary
- Assisting Project Managers on site surveys where required
- Making installation arrangements with the site teams, subcontractors, store managers
- Working in a fastpaced environment, supported by a growing projects team
- Dealing with client queries
- This is an officebased position, with travel to site essential when required
Person Specification
- Experience working in the manufacture or installation industry an advantage
- Confident manner
- IT literate including Microsoft Office products
- Full UK driving licence ideal
- Commutable distance to Leeds (LS12)
Job Details
- Full time, permanent position
- 21 days holiday + bank holidays, including shutdown over the Xmas period
- Office is located in Leeds, LS12
