Hours:
Full time, 37.5 per week - 2 split shifts (6am-12pm & 4.30-6pm).
- The Governing body of Town Field Primary School seek to appoint a hardworking, honest, dependable, selfmotivated person to act as School Site Supervisor to start as soon as possible. Responsible to the Headteacher, but will be directly responsible to the Headteacher/Business Manager.

be able to carry out minor repairs and maintenance work
have experience of working/liaising with contractors and managing minor building works
Be proactive and able to implement the school's annual Premises Development Plan
Be able to report to the Governing Body's Health & Safety
- Committee every term on any building issues.
The school consists of a one school building and a multifunctional school hall which is used for assemblies, sports and lunchtime.
The Site Supervisor will be asked to lock and unlock school premises daily, Monday to Friday term time as detailed above, and 8-4pm Monday to Thursday & Friday 8-3.30pm during the school holidays.
The post holder will:
Work closely with the School's 'Cleaner in Charge'
be responsible for overall maintenance and cleaning of the school and liaise with Metroclean on any cleaning issues.
be responsible for ensuring that equipment, materials and cleaning products are ordered and fit for purpose
carry out internal and external Health and Safety checks and maintain appropriate documentation and records for the health and maintenance on site
be responsible for security and key holder duties
have cleaning responsibilities in order to set standards
