Milk Education are pleased to be recruiting for 1:1 Behaviour Support Mentors to work in Primary schools across the Manchester area.

The Behavior Buddy role will involve providing support to children who require assistance in overcoming barriers to learning.

Jobs and Responsibilities:

You will be working under the direction of the teacher, helping, and assisting with any instruction given
Must have a positive attitude with an enthusiasm to help with the child's development
To create a safe secure space for the child
Have the ability to remain calm and patient
To be reliable and flexible
Experience working with Children or experience working within a classroom
To have a knowledge and understanding of the Primary curriculum
Must be capable of managing behavior
