Position:
Nursery Practitioner Level 3

Location:
Newham

Employment Type:
Full-Time

Shifts Pattern:
Monday to Friday between 8:00am - 6:30pm, 40 hours a week.

Salary:
Competitive, based on experience

Key Responsibilities:

Create and implement ageappropriate curriculum that promote cognitive, social, and emotional development.
Provide nurturing care to children, ensuring their safety and wellbeing at all times.
Lead a team of passionate educators, providing guidance, support, and mentorship.
Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment where children can thrive.
Collaborate with parents and guardians, ensuring open communication and involvement in their child's learning journey.
Maintain accurate records of children's progress and developmental milestones.

Qualifications:

Level 3 in Early Years or Childcare.
Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
A deep passion for early childhood education and a commitment to holistic child development.
Proven experience in an early childhood education setting is a plus.
Strong understanding of child development principles and best practices.
