Freelance Amazon Performance Specialist - Hybrid - £320 per day (3+-month contract, Inside IR35)

Major Players are working a unique and technologically driven children's toy brand, who produce a specialist product designed to bring songs and stories to every moment of the day with a magical cast of characters.

This is an extremely popular and well-knownbrand, with the opportunity to meaningfully make a difference to the online Amazon campaign performance.

As an
Amazon Performance Specialist, you will be a specialist in Amazon performance strategy, ensuring promotions and advertising campaigns are running effectively, and provide insights and recommendations to improve performance consistentlyand during key promotional events.

An agency handles the hands-on elements, and a large part of this role will be managing the agency and what is delivered.

As an
Amazon Performance Specialist with this exciting brand, you will:

Constantly review the Amazon campaigns, and provide strategic insights and recommendations to improve the performance of campaigns
Identify opportunities to improve performance, with the goal being to sell more units through Amazon UK
Manage the partner execution agency fully and consistently
Take ownership of byweekly reporting, providing explanations, insights, and actions taken, and communicating this with the client directly

The
Amazon Performance Specialist will need:

4+ years of demonstrable strategic and hands-on experience building and optimising sponsored advertising on Amazon
Experience managing an agency or direct reports
Some exposure to Amazon DSP
Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain results to nontechnical audiences
The ability to travel to the London office twice a week

Location:
Hybrid, with 2 days a week in the Victoria, London office
