We have an opportunity for a
Nights Security to join our Nights department, in Knutsford. You will receive a

The Mere Golf Resort & Spa is a destination for business and pleasure, with a Championship golf course and an award-winning spa, set in the heart of the Cheshire countryside.

The resort is currently undergoing a multi-million-pound renovation to become part of the exclusive Fairmont brand.

The resort will retain its championship 18-hole golf course whilst expanding its wellness and culinary offerings along with the addition of new bedrooms and suites.

As our
Nights Security you will be personable and approachable.

You will have the ability to build rapport with both your team and our guests and have the confidence to deal with any issues that may arise.

Reporting into the
FOH Manager you will be instrumental in overseeing the running of the spa/marquee from sundown to sunrise
and will ensure that our high standards are consistently met.

The Night Security
duties and key responsibilities include:

Answer the telephones and deal with any other enquiries.
Perform regular spa, marquee security walk rounds.
Provide efficient, prompt, trouble free and courteous service to guests in absence of Departmental Managers and Staff during the night.
Some cleaning tasks in the spa/marquee.
To complete the night audit on Opera.

Previous experience in a similar role
