2nd Line IT Support Engineer - initial 6 Months (inside IR35)
My client based in Inverness have a requirement for an IT Support Engineer.

Reporting to the IT Manager, the client wants to fill this opening with someone who is an experienced 2nd line engineer with a hands-on proactive approach.

Working in a small teamwe require somebody who can come in and hit the ground running, making an immediate impact.

With a hands-on approach, you will be working on escalated infrastructure issues from the helpdesk, working across the technology estate.

With the business going through transformation, they moving from on-prem to the cloud and whilst cloud related skills would be beneficial you will also have the opportunity to learn more.

Ideal experience would include some of the following skills:

  • Prior experience in a 2nd line engineering role.
  • Virtual Desktop i.e. AVD/WVD, Citrix
  • VMware
  • Windows Server
  • Networking Protocol
  • Active Directory
  • AutoPilot
