We are currently recruiting a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our Human Resources department.

This is a great opportunity for someone who has previous experience in a recruitment role, to gain experience in a growing business.

The successful applicant will be reporting to the Group HR Manager and will be based out of one of our UK Regional offices with the option for Hybrid working.

Role Objectives

  • You will assist with the endtoend talent acquisition process from role approval through to contract acceptance.
  • Key to success in the role will be the ability to manage multiple recruitment assignments in a fastpaced environment to agreed KPIs, delivering a high level of service to the business.
  • You will be responsible for an assigned number of vacancies from Junior level up to and including senior level across the business.
What will I be doing in my new role?

  • Meeting with hiring managers to qualify posts, to support in role creation, salary benchmarking and job/skills evaluation, and to plan a campaign and recruitment schedule for each position.
  • Managing a robust fullcycle recruiting process for entrylevel hires through to seniorlevel positions.
  • Helping develop and implement the use of testing and assessments to evolve our approach to skills/competencybased hiring.
  • Helping increase diversity and working with the HR team on diversity and inclusion initiatives.
  • Working with the HR team to oversee the onboarding process and preemployment screening.
  • Developing communities and talent pools through advertising, headhunting/direct approaches, networks, university events, social media, and employee referrals.
  • Supporting with Employer Value Proposition, Recruitment Marketing, Equality, Diversity & Inclusion, Staff Referrals and Engagement projects initiatives.

What qualifications/ previous experience do I need?

  • Experience working as a recruiter or in a related role, a qualification in HR or Recruitment (CIPD or equivalent) would be advantageous.
  • Experience working with ATS systems such as BambooHR, workday etc.
  • Ability to gather and analyse information, produce reports and updates using our HR system and Microsoft Excel
  • Display proactive and selfmotivated characteristics, along with a teamoriented approach and strong collaboration skills and demonstrate strong problemsolving skills to effectively navigate and optimize the recruitment process.
  • Previous experience within Talent Acquisition and a strong understanding of endtoend recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, advertising, interviewing and offer negotiation.
  • Ability to build strong trusted relationships with internal and external stakeholders, with the confidence to lead and challenge decisions where necessary.
  • Experience of managing projects and supporting others to achieve goals.
  • Possess a strong understanding of the importance of Inclusion & Diversity and can drive this within the team to ensure fair and inclusive hiring practices.
  • Knowledge and experience of utilising the Employer Value Proposition (EVP) to attract talent.
