We have an exciting opportunity for a New Homes Sales Negotiator to join a flagship development in North London for an Award-Winning national developer.

This is an ongoing temporary position working with a strong team on a large regeneration project in North London.

Client requirements:

Experience working on a New Homes development
Able to carry out the complete sales process from initial enquiry through to progression
Experience using CRM systems i.e. Yourkeys, Contact Builder
Ideally if you have experience selling both private and shared ownership properties, however either will be sufficient
Excellent personal presentation
