Description

Waste Recycling Operative/FLT Driver

Reporting Too :
Site Supervisor


Place of Work :
Flint


Mon-Thurs 6am-4.15pm Fri: Closed

Duties and Responsibilities
Reporting to supervisor in the first instance
To use baling & compaction equipment once trained
To use forklift to fill relevant skips


Must hold current driving licence & FLT Licence
To ensure all waste is segregated into the right bins/skips with mínimal contamination
To ensure the signage on the bins remains clear and relevant at all times
To ensure working area is kept tidy and free from potential hazards
Report any risks in respect of Health and Safety to the Director's
To liaise with other site staff regarding any H & S issues
To ensure correct PPE is worn at all times as issued by the company
To ensure breaks are taken as per rota and instructed by supervisor
To give at least a week's notice for holiday request


Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Salary:
£10.52 per hour
