About the job:

You'll be part of our Revenue Operations team working closely with our New Business and Customer Experience sales teams.

With the support of your team, you'll help to drive new and existing client sales, whilst ensuring our sales people are working in an efficient and sustainable way.


  • Project coordination
  • Support the Revenue Operations team with project intake, assessment, and prioritisation to ensure the team is focused on the highest impact work
  • Sales data management
  • Operate as a point of escalation for all topics relating to quote and pricing approvals and support leadership in drawing insights from sales, pricing and deal structure trends across the markets and product sets to provide valueadd analysis to GTM executives
  • Assist with creating new policies and overseeing processes to ensure the completeness and accuracy of contracts, orders forms and other document review and reporting
  • Salesforce report generation
  • Create, maintain, and share Salesforce reports used by leadership to inform our commercial strategy and assist sales leadership in commercial decision making
  • Track the impact of project work by monitoring success metrics in partnership with project owners

Technical:


  • Strong data analysis skills confident interpreting data and using data to drive strategy and tell a story; savvy with excel
  • Comfort with sales tools such as Salesforce, Highspot, and Gong (to name a few)
  • Sales/client experience your work directly serves our New Business, Account Management, and Customer Success teams, so having experience working in revenue or client roles gives you the insight and empathy needed for the job

Competencies:


  • Cando attitude we're looking for someone who is ambitious and actionoriented, who spots problems and works to fix them
  • Trainer by nature you'll be guiding our teams through how to effectively input, track, and interpret data in our Salesforce
  • Highly organised & process driven you'll be coordinating and communicating about multiple projects simultaneously
  • Strong communication skills building processes and programs requires internal education, so you'll need to convey your work in a succinct & effective manner
