With this Management Accountant opportunity being created due to the incumbent being promoted you would also have an excellent resource to learn from, working very closely together within the same office.

The role offers plenty of exciting commercial and finance business partnering elements with a lot of interactions with the Senior Leadership Team and non-finance managers; providing them with the numbers and figures to shape key business decisions.

Here is an overview of what we're looking for:
Part-qualified / qualified accountant (ACA, CIMA or ACCA)
MS Office to intermediate level - specifically Excel (pivot table/vlook ups/basic formulas)
Ability to deliver business results - defines performance measures and continuously looks to assess, improve and achieve business objectives
Quality Orientation - exhibits exceptional attention to detail, ensures that all aspects of work are completed to the highest standards, often working to tight deadlines with multiple priorities
Communication - demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication
Team Working - able to facilitate and encourage participation within a team for the achievement of shared business goals. Supports others when issues occur
Problem solving/Decision making - a proven approach to problem solving, ensuring issues are proactively resolved, in a logical and effective manner
Financial curiosity - desire to develop and learn through exposure to interesting and challenging situations
