Our client are a fast growing, innovative software company based in East Yorkshire, with a specific focus to deliver award winning solutions and support to over 4,500 schools and academies within the education sector.

They have been market leaders in payroll, HR and budget planning for over 15 years.

They have an opportunity for a training specialist to join the business in a fantastic period of growth.

The role of a software trainer is to provide thorough training which will allow our customers to use the software to its full potential.

Description:

Learn and understand clients.
Understand the payroll process from start to finish.
Learn the software's and systems used.
Ensure that data is stored accurately.
Ensure clients fully understand the software
Organised and can manage and prioritise a wide range of tasks
A great communicator, you will build excellent relationships both internally and externally
You have excellent attention to detail and the ability to deliver accurate work within challenging deadlines
You thrive in a fast paced, busy environment
Professional and discreet when dealing with highly confidential and sensitive information
Confident in being able to train others on software
Able to answer any type of question on the software
