I'm excited to present this great opportunity and recruit for my client for the role of Head of Automotive sales.

This is an exciting new role for a division of the company that is evolving and my client is seeking an individual that can lead the division to new heights of success.

This is a full-time permanent role, based in new premises in Cambridge.

The role would suit an individual with previous automotive / fleet experience and will be a great platform for a driven individual to develop new strategies, be future-focused and continue to grow the departments success.

You will be working within the company senior leadership team and therefore strong and adaptable communication levels will be needed to liaise with directors, management, team members and clients.

To be successful for the role you must be competent and can show experience of:

autonomous and competent decision-making;

- strategic planning and analysis;
- effective people management; and
- establishing/nurturing valued client relationships.
