Operations Coordinator (12 month maternity cover) - Leeds / Hybrid - £27,500 - £29,500


Chase & Holland are excited to be working exclusively with a national leading charity as they look to recruit an Operations Coordinator to join their friendly team.


As Operations Coordinator, you will work closely with the Supply Chain Manager ensuring that daily operations run smoothly and the end-to-end supply chain process is managed.

This varied role will cover everything from purchasing, warehousing, customer service and logistics.

Operations Coordinator Responsibilities:


  • Procurement of resources from suppliers
  • Coordinate the delivery of resources to the warehouse to customers
  • Liaise with the warehouse to manage stock and coordinate delivery across the UK
  • Providing customer service to internal and external stakeholders
  • Provide reports and measurements of supply chain activities
  • Monitor the performance of the supplier
  • Manage queries and issue with the warehouse
  • Manage SLA's
  • Maintain accurate customer records within the system and report any service issues to the Supply Chain Manager

Hours: 35 hours per week, Monday to Friday (flexi time)


Required Skills & Experience:


  • Intermediate Excel
  • Pivot tables / Vlookups / Formatting etc (Essential)
  • Strong Customer Service experience (Essential)
  • Working knowledge of supply chain (Essential)
  • Goof problem solving skills
  • CRM experience (desirable)
