Internal Auditor
Newly Weds Foods Ltd is seeking to recruit an ambitious Internal Auditor reporting into the Q&A Manager.

Based at our Head Office in Ossett, West Yorkshire, you will be responsible for complete internal audits, raise any non-conformances found and risk assessing.


Responsibilities:


  • Complete internal audits for site against BRC and customer codes of practice to be in line with the 2023 schedule.
  • Raise any nonconformances found and risk assess to score appropriately as recommendation, minor, major or critical.
  • Log nonconformances on the corrective action system.
  • Scope to lead corrective action close out.
  • 23 internal audits to be completed per week.

Skills required:


  • Food safety level 2 or above.
  • Internal auditing experience.
  • IT skills.
  • Knowledge of BRC and M&S/ retailer COPS.
  • Approachable and able to communicate well to get information required in a timely manner.
  • Selfsufficient.
  • Adaptable, prepared to work around colleagues' schedules to get the workload done.
