Job Title - Food and Beverage Supervisor

Location - Millennium and Copthorne Hotel, Stamford Bridge, Fulham Road SW6 1HS

Contract - Full-Time, Permanent (40 hours per week)

What We're Looking For:

Must Haves/qualified by demonstratable experience to the level required:

Food Safety Level
Previous bar, restaurant and room service experience.
At least 2 years' experience in Supervising.

Nice to Have:

Flexibility with work shifts including but not limited to weekends and occasional nights.
A background in a similar sized Hotel.
