Business Development Manager - Law Firm

Permanent - Full-time - Hybrid

Salary range from £60k - £75k plus bonus and benefits


Our client is a top-ranked litigation Law Firm in London and they are looking to hire a Business Development Manager.

The company stands out with their warm and friendly culture as well as engaging and welcoming partners. The essence of this role is to manageand deliver business development and strategy plans for the firm.


The main responsibilities include:


  • Contribute to the development and implementation of firm's BD plans
  • Work with feeearners to identify opportunities in new markets
  • Manage BD activities across the relevant practices: Tax Litigation, International Arbitration, Fraud, and Insolvency & Asset Recovery departments
  • Collaborate with digital marketing team on the development & execution of campaigns
  • Attend networking events and build relationships with potential referrers
  • Prepare pitches and provide strategic input during the legal directory process

Key skills and experience required:


  • Proven ability to deliver and contribute to BD plans and growth strategies
  • 35 years of business development experience
  • Experience in providing strategic input into business development plans
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills
  • Looking for an overall entrepreneurial, creative and confident individual
