We are currently recruiting for a Receptionist.

As the Receptionist you will provide a first class, proactive service to customers and visitors ensuring requirements are met and needs are anticipated at all times. You will provide a positive, professional and seamless link between the client service end users and the Workplace Services teams and its vendors, proactively anticipating client and customer needs whilst building relationships with key stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

Ensure that all client and visitor request and enquiries are fulfilled and exceed expectations
:

Process all meeting room requests efficiently in line with the client meeting room and visitor management system
:

Ensure that all the client and ISS procedures and standards are met, providing a five star meet and greet service at all times and proactively welcoming visitors and tenants

Work as part of the Front of House team maintaining five-star standards

Assist in the training of other Client Services and Network Team Members
:

Use the client site operating systems in accordance with guidelines.

Professional and personal competencies/qualifications

GCSE Math and English or equivalent:

Relevant corporate / hospitality/ customer service experience:

An understanding of the financial services sector:

High degree of accuracy
