A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an Administrator to join a highly successful team within a dynamic and expanding National Company.

We have a reputation for delivering quality installation, remedial repairs and planned maintenance works across a broad spectrum of private and commercial clients across the UK.

This role will be based at our office in Halesowen. You will be working on our Helpdesk, dealing with clients and engineers on a daily basis.

Must be hardworking and have a 'can do' attitude, with excellent communication skills.

Able to work in a fast paced business


Key Skills and Responsibilities:


  • Provide customers and engineers with information using a dynamic workforce database.
  • Proficient in the use of data systems, training will be provided.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office including Outlook.
  • The ability to identify and escalate priority issues.
  • Liaise with engineers across UK
  • Follow up customer queries where necessary
  • Manage engineering time and call planning using systems provided.
  • Assist with completing quotes for our clients

Salary
- £23,000

31 days annual leave including BH
