A Main contractor with a portfolio of Retrofits, Student Accommodation and Social/Affordable housing are looking for a Site Manager to join their North London based team.


The Site Manager's role


The Site Manager will be expected to lead a carbon retrofit scheme in North London for 36 units, increasing by an additional 20 near completion next year.

The Site Manager should be experienced in Retrofit schemes and will showcase this experience joiningthe existing scheme in North London.


The Site Manager will report to the Head of Carbon in North London and will be required to demonstrate their key understanding of the social housing sector and construction industry.


The Site Manager

  • Experience in the social housing sector essential
  • Experience working with refurbishment projects essential
  • Qualification in trades or construction essential
  • Good understanding of building control regulations
  • Ability to work with drawings and specifications
  • SMSTS qualification
  • CSCS card in Site Management
  • Qualification or work experience in Asbestos surveying or remedial works essential
  • Full valid UK driving license
  • Willing to commute across London
