Description
We are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Architectural Technician.

You must be competent in the use of AutoCAD, Revit and Microsoft Project. Be highly organised, work to tight deadlines, and manage your own workload. We require at least 3 years experience in an architectural Technician role and have a HNC in construction,or similar.

SMSTS and construction health and safety level 3 are desired but not essential.

Tasks involved;

  • Producing Design & Access statements and Food Risk Assessments
  • Building Regulations Drawings and specifications
  • Construction Drawings
  • Producing Bill of Quants
  • Signing off Timber frame drawings
  • Site visits
  • Producing sales plans and conveyancing plans.
8 hour shifts, Monday to Friday.

Location:
Lincolnshire, must be able to commute or plan to relocate before starting work.

On-site parking available


Salary:
£24,500.00-£25,000.00 per year
