Assistant Service Manager
£32k basic / £40k - £45 OTE
Romford, Essex
Permanent/Full Time
Working Hours:
Monday to Friday (8am - 6pm) / 1 in 4 Saturdays (8am - 5pm)

Our client has a fantastic opportunity for an Assistant Service Manager to join they busy Service Department, based in Romford.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Responsible for assisting the Service Manager in all aspects of running the front of house Service Desk as well as coaching and mentoring your colleagues.
- You will be managing a team of 7 people, including service advisors/receptionist/administrators.
- You will be dealing with first stage complaints (ensuring all complaints are handled and resolved).
- Ensuring the team is delivering exceptional customer service levels at all times.
- Coordinating an organised and costeffective process for aftersales and servicing of vehicles.
- Ensuring all details are communicated through to the workshop in an efficient manner.
Your Background & Skill:
- Proven experience within a management/supervisory position (within a car main dealer).
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to manage a team.
- You will have the ability to negotiate at all levels.
- Strong leadership abilities, caring about customer loyalty and satisfaction.
