Performance Analyst / Capacity Analyst - Infrastructure (Server, Network), Data Centre, ITIL, KPIs, 3rd Party Supplier Analysis, Capacity Management, Dynatrace, Insurance, Financial Services.

Permanent, Guildford, Surrey / Hybrid (3 days onsite). £70k +Bonus+Benefits

Performance Analyst / Capacity Analyst required by global insurance company to lead for the day to day management of all aspects of IT infrastructure performance measurement across the infrastructure estate, largely focussed on Server and Network infrastructureemployed inhouse and via 3rd party supplier services.

The IT Performance Analyst is accountable and responsible for ensuring regular performance and capacity reporting is available which allows for trend analysis, future projection of requirements and easy identi?cation of potential issues before they impact theuser community.

The role aims to optimise the infrastructure estate through close liaison with infrastructure suppliers, detailed analysis of report data and clear highlighting of key risk areas.

You will be accountable for the management of third partiesin relation to performance and capacity metrics - ensuring suppliers understand their obligations, escalating concerns when required.

We are searching for an IT Performance Analyst / IT Capacity Analyst / ITIL Manager who has gained significant experience working in a Performance and Capacity Management role within a global, data centre focussed, environment.

You will be comfortable usingtools such as Dynatrace to asses both inhouse and 3rd party technical environments (Wintel/UNIX Servers, Data Centre Networking technologies etc) and working with 3rd parties to address any concerns or capacity issues which you identify.

You will be very familiarwith ITIL processes and capable of providing detailed reports to management as required. Any experience gained in Insurance or Financial Services is highly desirable although non-essential. Excellent communication skills are pre-requisite.
