To deliver those services takes an enthusiastic and customer focused team - and right now we are looking to recruit for Outdoor Activity Instructors to join the centre and our outdoor Adventure Zone.


Holme Pierrepont Country Park, the home of the National Water Sports Centre has excellent water facilities, accommodation, a campsite, Outdoor Adventure Zone, Life Fitness Gym and marvellous nature trails for cycling and walking, it is a favourite destination for families, schools, corporate clients and individuals.


In this role, you will deliver a variety of activities and sessions across our fun and fantastic Lagoon and Outdoor Adventure departments which include Sky Trail, Climbing Wall, Lagoon activities and Lagoon Wipeout.


You will be the face and the first point of contact for our Outdoor Adventure Zone, making sure our customers have a safe, enjoyable, and adventurous experience both on dry land and on the water.

You will help in facilitating a safe, fun, and professional working environment with excellent development opportunities.


These positions will be offered on a Casual basis from April and the working hours will mostly be at weekends and school holidays between 9am to pm.


About You


Essential skills for this role include being a team player, happy to support colleagues whenever necessary, able to work well under pressure and with a positive outlook and attitude.


Due to the varied nature of activities on offer we do require that any applicants are comfortable working with heights and are confident swimmers due to water based activities.
