Job overview:


The Kernow Workforce Wellbeing Hub (KWWH) is looking for a highly motivated individual with excellent communication skills to provide a comprehensive range of secretarial and administrative duties to our new service as we support the Cornwall Health and Social care workforce.

This KWWH is a trailblazing service formed under the new Cornwall and Isles of Scilly wide Integrated Care System.

We are a small but dedicated psychology team tasked with providing mental health wellbeing support to staff and colleagues through our 9-5 support line, outreach interventions and assessment service.


Innovation and new ways of working are key to our team approach and our aim to provide all team members with the opportunity to contribute and develop in a supportive environment.


This post will initially involve working from home but will then move to hybrid working model based in Bodmin.

Main duties of the job:

To provide secretarial and administrative duties in support of the key functions within the KWWH team.

This will include arranging meetings, preparing agendas, taking minutes, updating rotas and the administration associated with training events provided by the KWWH.

The post holder will also be expected to support with the comprehensive information and data collection required to report on the progress of the service.
