Finance Support Assistant - Epsom (Hybrid) - Contract (6 months) - £22.00 p/h (Umbrella)

ARM are delighted to be hiring for a Finance Support Assistant to join one of our multinational engineering, design, planning, architectural design, project management and consulting services clients on a 6 month contract.

Requirements:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong interpersonal skills
Strong control and process orientation
Accounting experience commensurate with the role (AAT Level 23)
Minimum of 2 years in an accounting role or administrative role

Responsibilities:

Assistance with setting up the accounting processes for the growing business.

Supplier payments process

Setting up, managing.
Bank account management, including arranging funding and preparing bank reconciliations.
Journal entries for monthend reporting
Preparation of month end reports for the Management team
Budget/Forecast model preparation.
Overheads analysis
Managing the cost collectors/subcodes structures
