Main Purpose of the Client Relationship Executive Role:

Your role as the Client Relationship Executive is to exist at the voice of the customer both internally and externally, assuming responsibility for client retention and renewals - you will keep our clients happy and ensure that they consistently receive a high value service.

As a key part of this team, you will drive client satisfaction across our key accounts, showcasing the value of our solutions at every single opportunity, positions Wilmington Healthcare as the right strategic partner, the only option

We trust our staff and as a result of this, this role is predominantly home-based.

There will be occasions when you are expected to attend internal meetings either in our Whitechapel, London office or off-site, or the occasional F2F visits as required, an opportunity for you to meet your clients


In addition to this, as our Client Relationship Executive you will:

  • Act as the main client contact and assisting them with post-sale service and delivery aspects of our solutions.
  • Lead regular meetings, ensuring that our clients are kept informed of any and all progress, reporting against contractual SLA and/or agreed objectives.
  • Collaborate with internal operational delivery teams, ensuring client results meet our quality standards.
  • Seek quick resolutions to concerns where SLAs, quality standards or contractual obligations are at risk of not being met.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key accounts and their contacts, fostering long term relationships.
  • Play a key role in contract renewals, supporting the sales specialists.
  • Be aware of any new or developing opportunities for further new business.
  • On occasion, provide advice and guidance for a salespitch or RFP.
  • Develop expertise across the portfolio to support the wider Client Excellence team.

Skills and Experience Required

  • You will use your experience in a B2B commercial / service environmentto offer technical solutions for our customers
  • Your experience with the healthcare sector (pharmaceutical experience is an advantage)
  • Your passion for delivering client excellence and service will support delivering results for our clients
  • Your experience will allow you to make effective decisions which support business and client excellence
  • You will be able to prioritise workload and make effective decisions as part of a team
  • You will utilise your communication, process and project management skills, with the tenacity to challenge processes to support your colleagues and ultimately the client.
