The School of Social Sciences and Humanities is seeking to appoint a Lecturer in Policing who can contribute to the growth and development of our programmes.


Policing is located in the Department of Social Science, which constitutes a rich and diverse range of academic disciplines, including popular degrees in Criminology and Criminal Justice and Fire and Rescue Services.


You will have a good first degree or equivalent, a Masters' degree (or equivalent relevant and recent policing and/or investigative experience within the UK) with experience of teaching in the HE sector or police training.

You should be able to demonstrate a commitment to high quality teaching and research.
