Are you looking for a role as a Clinical Technologist in a friendly, dynamic service with excellent professional leadership?We are looking for an enthusiastic Clinical Technologist with excellent team working skills.
This post is to support the service to provide a multi-disciplinary Alternative and Augmentative Communication (AAC) service in Kent and Medway.
You will be working closely with our Healthcare Scientists, in Kent and Medway, within the CYP KM CAT team based at the Old Railway School Ashford.
Your role will mainly involve supporting clinical assessment, computing equipment preparation, repairs, equipment management, design and manufacture of bespoke equipment, mounting AAC and working to a quality system.

The KM CAT service is one of 15 services identified nationally for its AAC specialism by NHS England.
The team is friendly and welcoming, and is held in high regard for providing a high quality, patient-centred clinical service founded on evidence-based practice and clinical collaboration.
We are committed to continually developing our staff and services and adapting to the changing environment around us.The KM CAT service consists of two teams, "Adult" and "Children and Young People" (CYP) teams. The adult team is based in Kent and Canterbury Hospital and the CYP team is based in Ashford.
Both teams work closely and are dynamic, enthusiastic and innovative teams who pride themselves on the high standard of care they provide to their clients.
There is an excellent network of multidisciplinary support and staff members are given very good opportunities for training and for development of their skills.
