Client Details


Based in North Somerset, our client is a public sector organisation who are looking for a Mechanical Maintenance Supervisor to join their small estates team.


Description

  • Working as part of a multiskilled maintenance team
  • Leading a small Mechanical team across a group of schools in the North West
  • Carrying out planned preventative & reactive maintenance on Mechanical Services (plumbing / heating / boilers etc)
  • Providing technical expertise to the wider team

Profile

  • Commercial gas safe qualification
  • Experience with commercial boilers
  • Enhanced DBS will be required.

Job Offer
- £40,000- £43,000 per annum

  • 18.3% pension company contribution
  • 33 days holiday
  • Shared company van or expenses paid per mile
