Description
We are seeking to recruit an experienced and driven professional to join our - Single Point of Access (SPA).

The SPA is a developing and innovative service providing the day-to-day management of referrals for the Humber and North Yorkshire Provider Collaborative.


The post holder will be required to assist the SPA Lead in the planning and delivery of an inpatient and community Single Point of Access (SPA) for the Humber and North Yorkshire Specialist Provider Collaborative.
