Description
Our client is looking for a Building Surveyor to be based in Preston, Lancashire.

This role is to carry out maintenance and refurbishment work on schools and public building across the county.

You will have experience of producing specifications for jobs valued around £500k and have a good working knowledge of AutoCAD (this is essential)

Pay is £24.00 per hour (40 hrs per week)

This role is inside of IR35
