Ocean LED is an Engineering-led South Leicestershire-based manufacturer of high-quality LED lighting for the marine industry. We have been designing and manufacturing underwater lights since 2005 and are a recognised Industry leader.

We have a brand new opportunity for a Purchasing Assistant to join our fantastic Supply Chain Team.

Duties will include

  • Raising Purchase Orders for all PO requisitions and shop floor nonstock requirements.
  • Completing weekly expediting activity and Purchase order redating.
  • Maintaining the Kanban parameters and supplier relationship.
  • Liaise with Production Planner to ensure availability of materials to support the production schedule.
  • Supporting the Supply Manager in running and actioning the purchasing MRP.
  • Maintaining procurement metrics and KPI's

Job Types:

Salary:
£23,000.00-£28,000.00 per year
