This post-holder will work with the CPG team, Clinical leads for pathways and Information team in the Trust to ensure that all the necessary data for the CPG Pathways are collected from information systems within the Trust.

To develop validated spreadsheets with CPG Programme Manager and Senior Information Analyst for data collection for CPG pathways. To collect data for all CPG pathways from information systems within the Trust. To maintain timely and accurate database for each CPG pathways.

To develop appropriate analytical solutions to meet the needs of CPG programme. To support the Senior Information Analyst with the analysis and production and update of Statistical Process Control (SPC) charts. To produce monthly reports for CPG pathways. To support the Senior Information Analyst and CPG programme Manager in raising awareness of importance of health information analysis and data quality
